★ ★ ★ ★ ★ asked too many personal questions about my financing when they don't even supply it. Refused to meet with me at a couple of places. Talked directly to owner of one of the places and of course, they weren't happy that he hadn't sold the home yet. It's definitely no surprise. Got a different place with no hassle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grant found me a home I would be happy to buy. He provided me with references of people I could speak with in order to make this a successful transaction. He managed to have bursted pipes fixed by the previous owners before the move in date so that my home was ready to go, which I am incredibly grateful for and appreciate. I'm very happy!
