 Interac machines crash regularly, tech support is poor. Notice to all restaurants, avoid these devices !!! I own a restaurant and these devices are a nightmare !!!

William Stapleton about a merchant account. He's in the USA division at Supreme Payments. He asked me if I could call in to talk, and I stated I couldn't and email would be best. He told me to go find somebody else to work with. Apparently typing was too much trouble for William? Ridiculous. I guess the clients don't matter to Payfacto or Supreme Payments. Take William's advice, and go with somebody else who is a bit more professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite all the bad comments I decided to try the services of this company and it has been 2 months since my terminal does not printed, I have called 50 thousand times, I have spoken with many people and nothing, it is incredible how after 2 months, in the middle of 2022 with so much technology and that I still work as a caveman because of payfacto! What a terrible service! I do not recommend them and much less that there are 3 people in the agreement with them since they wash their hands blaming third parties! incredible
