She listened to my story.
She did more than just her job.
Because of her my dreams MIGHT come true (I got a loan because I’m trying to buy a puppy “psychiatric services dog” to be exact).
Just because I have the money now doesn’t make it a guarantee. But because of Siobhan I am 1 step closer to getting help for my mental health.
So again; thank you Siobhan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone was having a bad day today… a male representative totally freaked out because I’d turn my phone around look at what they were asking about not understanding the question, I asked again what they needed for the form they filled out on my behalf, which I thought was different. When I did ask though what was needed the situation escalated and he began to yell at me. I was taken back and asked if he was okay? He didn’t respond at all. In fact he gave no further direction just continued with what he was doing and left me to assume when he was ready for me to sign off, or that that was even the next step. Then proceeded to thump the money down onto the counter aggressively and then throw it disorganized through the slot.
At this point all I asked for was a pay2day loan, I then continued to gather my money, and ask why I wasn’t offered the direct deposit option (since that is what I typically use). He said next time I’d have to ask. I responded with okay, usually if they didn’t know (it’s on my account) they’d ask me. We’ll have a good day.
Quite the experience.
