★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to go pick up our dog after 4 hours thinking she would be ready. It is quite an ordeal for us to bring our big dog out to get groomed because she gets so anxious. Unfortunately she was not ready. So our poor dog has been stuck in a cage for hours, along with all the other dogs stuck in cages. We have to give her medication so she is calm enough. Hopefully it hasn't worn off by now. Most definitely not going back or recommending ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great little grooming shop. My friend took her dog there and the before and after photos show how great the puppy looks after being groomed. I find the team is friendly and welcoming and has great rates. Sometimes wish they had longer hours but aside from that it’s a place the dogs really seem to love.and if the dogs are happy then so am I.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I posted a photo of the nail trimming back job they did to our puppy. My partner says that they also did a couple other things without her consent. My dog was absolutely terrified! I have never seen dogs nails this bad, these people should not be allowed to touch someone's pet. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog covered himself, head to toe, in the foulest smell and despite trying every remedy on Google and every special shampoo from the pets stores I could not get it out. They took him in and got it out. He smells amazing and my dog is super anxious and high strung but they
clipped his nails and cleaned his ears too with no issues. He has never been so clean and I am so so so impressed. Will return for regular upkeep 100% for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have two dogs. Our oldest (Hiro - 5) has been coming to see them for a few years now. They always do a lovely job. We recently got a Mexican rescue named Turtle (~2) who is very nervous around strangers and new people. We were very worried about bringing him in because we didn't want him biting anyone or being a poor guest overall. The owner was so amazing and talked it over with us. We were thinking we might have to sedate him and she said "you know what? Let's bring him in for a visit. Let him get to know us and if he does okay, let's try it without any sedation." She also suggested that we bring our other dog Hiro to keep him company and show him that it was a safe place. Well. Turtle (our rescue) did great! Hiro (his new brother) did an excellent job keeping him feeling safe from the other fun but strange dogs. See attached pic. Hiro is the one in black putting himself between shy little Turtle and the curious customers. Turtle looks nervous but that's because he's new to the place. He actually had a great time and came back looking (and smelling) amazing.
So in summary - hard to find someone who loves dogs more than the owner. It shows in everything she does.
