He was so communicative in advance of our Tofino micro-wedding, guiding us and giving really great advice while we were in the planning stages. On the day-of, his calm demeanor helped set the tone during our walk down to the beach, and he captured beautiful images of us and our family during these moments. His work is incredible, and our experience with him matched that. My husband's mom hates having her photo taken, so he was super quick with our family portraits, and took beautiful candids of her. Also - we had our images back in under 2 weeks. Isn't that amazing?

The last time we had a pro take photos of us together was 25 years ago when we were married in Mexico. So a silver anniversary getaway, and a chance to get us and the dogs in one frame was a perfect idea. Paul is wonderful to work with; great for those of us that grew up with dial phones and no concept that a cellular device would ever exist, and are ergo less then comfortable in front of a camera. Plus the Tofino backdrop is excellent. Highly recommend his services.

Even snapping some great shots of our crazy, energetic puppy. He has an eye for the spontaneous moments, and the expertise to direct the composed shots and have them still look natural (even for awkward people like us!). We ended up with a mostly sunny day, but I had zero stress about the weather because if you look at Paul's portfolio you can see that he is able to capture magic in any West Coast weather. We are so stoked with our final pictures! They're perfect to us and when I look at them I feel truly able to step back in to the moments they captured.
