★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The project was managed professionally and with due care and concern for any potential disruption it may have caused my schedule. The project manager, work coordinator and each member of the crews were very friendly and great to deal with. The employees of Paul Davis and the contractors they subcontract do excellent work and were all very professional. I was very happy with the quick response to deal with the issue and the end result of the restoration. A few additions to the restoration were performed at my cost (home owner) which was also planned and carried out with great coordination and professionalism. The billing department was also very easy to deal with. I would certainly recommend Paul Davis to any person requiring emergency service or home repair. Great job and execution by everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had Paul Davis replace the siding on my house as part of an insurance claim. They used a subcontractor. The siding is falling off the west side of the house after less than three years. This is after they were back to repair the siding less than a month after the installation. At that time they gobbed up the siding with clear silicone to keep it on the wall. Whatever it takes to get the job out of warranty I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unorganized and Arrogant customer service. Did a horrible restoration after water damage. They broke and damaged a few items while doing work. Was told they were on order for replacement and then got told nope we aren’t ordering them. My 5 year old could paint better than their finishing carpenter. The only decent work done by them was the flooring and that was contracted out. Don’t believe their lies they feed you. I would give zero stars if I could and Al is the most arrogant man I have met. Communication between departments was absolutely horrible and they all blame it on the other department. I don’t care who’s fault it was get it fixed was never an option with them when it should have been. Five thumbs down for these guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you’re looking for a company that stands behind their work and products, DO NOT use Paul Davis. We had them replace both our skylight (December 2016) and roof (August 2017). In the fall of 2021 after some heavy rain and high winds, we noticed staining to the ceiling under the skylight. We called the insurance company and their adjuster found no physical damage and indicated in his opinion that although the flashing around the skylight had been installed to code at the time, they hadn’t used industry best practice in extending the flashing out to prevent leaking. We contacted Paul Davis and after some back and forth over the winter they sent someone out to inspect it in February. He also indicated there was no damage but couldn’t determine the cause of the leak without further investigation, which Paul Davis refused to do. We were then told by Paul Davis that they wouldn’t accept any responsibility and wouldn’t fix the problem. Despite the fact that the shingles have a 30 year warranty and the skylight has a 10 year warranty, Paul Davis indicated they don’t warranty their work for anything over 2 years. We are now having to pay another company to fix the issue that Paul Davis was supposed to have fixed less than 5 years beforehand. We’ll never use this company for anything again and strongly recommend you don’t either if you want peace of mind that you won’t be on the hook for another costly repair beyond their 2 year warranty period.
