★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dan went out of his way to come over immediately when my 83 year old Father (Hugh MacDonald) had a leak through the roof into the kitchen. Could not have asked for nicer people and the job they did was exceptional ! Thank you Dan and crew at Paul Davis North Bay !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well if double billing is your thing hire these guys. Paid them to remove snow and ice that was causing damage to roof. The contractor they hired showed up while we were gone and dumped it on our decks and against our glass doors. When I called them (with pics) they said that wasnt right and should have been removed to the ground. They said they would send the roofer back and if he didnt show up they would take care of it when they came to repair some drywall & insulation. Well the roofer didnt come back. When i got the bill i got charged 3 hours of work at $60 for the one workers to remove the snow from the deck. Cant help but feel like i got double charged as I got billed for the roofer as well for $500...
Insulation didnt need replacing according to them once they cut into the drywall so the job wasnt as big as they had given as the price quote. The biggest job... the snow that they dumped from the roof to my decks. Sheesh. Cant recommend this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their technician Ryan is very skilled with both hard and soft skills. Very polite and professional. Always on time and knows his stuff. He did a great job repairing our issues. Very attentive to safety; as seen by using all precautions available to limit us and him to any possible exposure to the COVID-19 virus. I highly recommend Paul Davis and would use them again.
