Selling my condo was quick and easy and Patti went above and beyond helping me find a new home. Wes Goss was also extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Selling/buying can be a stressful time. Patti and Wes are very astute at open houses - very understanding, calm, attentive, and really good listeners rather than talkers when dealing with prospective owners. Patti Goss helped us purchase our second home in New West - we figure we looked at over 50 places, and she was a real trooper to take us to sites in Vancouver, Burnaby, White Rock, Langley, and Port Moody. She never forgets her past clients, and she and Wes contribute to New Westminster by serving on committees and in many other charitable ways. I have now bought and sold just enough real estate in my life to see how much effort the different realtors put in and I can tell you that Patti works harder to find you what you want, and to put your place on the market with the right positioning, than any other realtor I have ever dealt with. You get 100% effort and none of the greasy sales feel some agents give you. I would encourage anyone to work with Patti and Wes. We had two great experiences with them and I was genuinely worried when we went to sell - in the big Vancouver slowdown, no less - that Patti would have retired or given up the real estate game. Thankfully she was still available and I'm very happy to have been a client.

Patti is rude, does not know how to communicate. If you don’t follower her ways she avoids responding messages, phone calls and emails. She is very unprofessional, my family and I had a really bad experience with her. If I could give her a zero rating I would . People please be beware of such realtors!
