I have never met anyone who works so hard in all my life. We called Scott on a whim, and like someone else said after 15 mins of chatting it was like we knew him all our lives. We started looking at purchasing a detached home during the pandemic, which, as we all know, only crazy people would do given how low inventory was (is) and how high prices had skyrocketed. Scott listened to our ever-evolving needs without judgement and took us to endless viewing appointments, only to hear us tell him time and time again how the basement suite was too small, the driveway was too steep, the floor was too uneven, or like who would even design such a ridiculous kitchen layout...No house was good enough for us. I’m sure you couldn’t find pickier clients in a more impossible market. Scott didn’t give up on us! And what’s more, he never made us feel like we were asking too much.
