★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't use butter or real cream. The fake cream they put on pastries turns liquid as soon as you touch it. Even the glazing is made with this strange mixture with no consistency nor taste. To me there pastries were disgusting. Make yourself a favor and go any where else. Even the depanneur will be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unprofessional customer service. It's pretty obvious the kid was forced to be there by his parents because he couldn't be bothered to show basic decency. They told us the cake would be ready by 2pm the next day, but when we came to get the cake the next day, it still wasn't ready and they had lost our order. Not only was the quality of the cake disappointing, their price has also increased. This place is not worth your time nor your money, you'll only be paying more for cakes that have only gotten worse over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don’t listen at what we want as a cake!!! I just asked a simple fruit cake and he did not put any fruit on top of my cake! It tastes like fruits in a can cake and is not eatable. Never again I will order from them for the past 30 years. So disappointed!

But recently I wanted to get an estimate for a wedding cake for next year. I told them I understand that prices can go up and I just need a round number so I can have options to choose from.
The person I talked to was really rude. He didn't know all the details but yet refused to give me an estimate because it is in 2022. It wasn't a good experience.
I am taking my order some place else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good cake but service not so good. Ordered twice there and the same conclusion. They are a bit cheap on the toppings as well. On the picture that I've attached we decided to add blueberries because the cake felt incomplete. For a 45$ worth cake....please add fruits it doesn't cost nothing to make the cake itself.
