★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to buy a bread on Monday morning with only my debit card in hand, the girl serving was very rude and asked if I was really going to pay $1.85 with debit, all I had was my card. If the bakery has a minimum purchase with debit she simply could have advised me and I would have bought something extra. If you don’t want customers to pay with debit then don’t offer it! She was extremely rude and I felt embarrassed in front of other customers. I will shop elsewhere in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve gone here quite frequently and no matter what time you go they are always out of everything with little to no variety. So, I prefer to call in advance just to make sure I won’t waste my time. Today, I called to know if they had a specific pastry and MID sentence I get cut off and told in the most rude tone; “yes please I’m very busy make it quick”. I’m very sorry but if you’re very busy I would prefer you not answer the phone and save me at least a sliver of respect for your bakery. I’m beyond turned off by this place!! I know they are the same company as Serrano but trust me just go to Serrano, they are more professional, nicer and actually have stock every time.
