★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. We just had a little challenge looking for the place because on the website it only gave the address and the complex was a little hard to navigate. It might be helpful to note that in the website that it is INSIDE the UPS Store. Additionally, it took a little time to finish everything compared to having it done at Costco or Walmart. I think there was something wrong with the camera. But it got done and that’s great. Paying was fast and the person helping us reassured us that if the photo doesn’t pass the requirement, we can just come back and have it done without charge. Lastly, the place have signs to social distance which is good and everyone was wearing mask which is very good. Overall, we are happy. Just make sure there’s more sign for the exact location Passport photo... price is acceptable and it’s good that we have a service like this near our community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recommend calling and asking for the price before going so that you don't run into surprises. We needed to print a few passport style 4 cm x 4 cm photos to send to a foreign government that requires photos with a red background. When we mentioned the red background the staff told us that the price would be double to cover the costs of more red ink being used. We felt that the increase in price for those small photos was excessive and surprising. He did adjust the price a bit in the end, but still. The advertisement should mention that the price only applies to white background photos. The photos were not the best quality but alright for our purposes.
