L’agente à l’entrée m’oblige à revenir plus tard en juin avec une preuve de départ en voyage. J’ai beau lui expliquer que j’en aurai pas car la date du départ est inconnue et qu’il n’y a pas de réservation effectuée, rien à faire… j’ai fait l’erreur de dire que je souhaitais partir en juillet. Bref, je dois comprendre qu’il est impossible de faire renouveler un passeport en personne si on n’a pas de preuve de voyage, il faut faire la demande par la poste avec un délai d’attente de minimum 2 mois et demi. Je trouve que la COVID a vraiment le dos large dans cette situation.
S	Simon Lemieux on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agent de sécurité vraiment bête et impoli. Fait la file 2 heures pour finalement me faire dire de scanner un code QR pour prendre rendez-vous. Une vraie farce! Ils auraient pus le dire au début ou aviser le monde dans la file! Service sur place médiocre. Impossible de parler à quelqu'un de compétent pour avoir ne serait-ce que l'information de base. Cette situation c'est déroulée au bureau de passport de Québec il y a quelques jours. N'y aller pas si vous avez pas de rendez-vous. Voici les documents afficher à la porte pour vous évitez de faire 2 heures de file pour les voir! Code QR pour prendre rendez-vous et lettre qui indique qu'ils ne vois que ceux qui ont rendez-vous! Bonne chance pour votre passeport! Really dumb and rude security guard. Waited in line for 2 hours to finally be told to scan a QR code to make an appointment. A real prank! They could have said it at the start or told everyone in line! Poor on-site service. Impossible to talk to someone competent to get even the basic information. This situation took place at the Quebec passport office a few days ago. Don't go there if you don't have an appointment. Here are the documents displayed at the door so you don't have to wait 2 hours in line to see them! QR code to make an appointment and letter that says they only see those who have an appointment! Good luck with your passport!

G	Gavin Peters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 8:30am, I had my new passport at 1pm. The 48 hour service didn't even take a tenth of that! Service was polite. I was slowed down a bit by not knowing French, that was just because I had to go in the queue for an English speaking agent, which is understandable given where we are. I made sure my guarantor and my references all expected a phone call and that they were all reasonably bilingual, which might have helped things proceed quickly. Thanks Service Canada!
c	chelsea vieira on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly has the RUDEST workers there, trying to find out your passport status by mail and its the worst. they are not clear on the information i was about to ask a question and the guy i spoke with HUNG UP while i was in mid sentence. So rude didnt even get an update on my passport
K	Kirsten Charlton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Applied by mail with all documentation they returned the paper portion stating that our birth certificate and photos were not included (100% positive they were) it appears now that they have stolen our original documents and not a single person can help us and the only phone number to get ahold of them does not work.
