★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere. They expect you to be the accountant and want you to figure things out yourself. They are only good to do basic service and want to charge premium price. Had a better experience at H&R Block. People here are not friendly. No help, no good advise, seems like entry level people working here with no experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is just a paper pushing company. You will get zero advice or tax consultation. The staff is ill trained. Every time you go, expect a fresh face with no taxation experience. This place maybe good for a salaried T4 individual with no complicated calculations or questions. Zero value for business owners or for corporate taxes. When this person was a small operation, you could actually speak to him and get some advice. But now his operation has become too big and the staff is not qualified at all. You will get better value by doing your own online taxes or going to a flee market kiosk . Too bad.
