To start I had bought a pack of 15 mile stone birthday balloons that were black gold and silver that cost $20 then to have them filled with helium was $1.29 each on top of that while the girl was blowing them up she popped a balloon and would not replace the one that she popped by the time we got home that afternoon and it was dinner time for the birthday party the gallons were half dead

I wanted to order some custom balloons for a birthday party and we waited over 20 minutes to receive help. There were barely any customers in line. There were staff members but nobody approached to help us or even made contact with us. They saw us and we’re looking at us but they decided just to stand and talk to each other. They helped other people and greeted them but not us. I tried to ask for help multiple times and they said I have to line up. I wasn’t aware that we had to line up and i’m disappointed nobody came to ask us or let us know. Terrible customer service please review your staff as I will be contacting your HQ to let them know. I’ll be visiting another day to get the names of the staff members. I work in customer service and this is by far unacceptable. When I finally received help after asking multiple times and I explained to them the problem, I did not receive an apology either. I left because my time was wasted. I will not recommend this place to anyone. IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THIS A 0 BUT THATS IMPOSSIBLE SO I GIVE YOU A 1 STAR REVIEW.
R	R. Brar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to return 2 bags of candy that I didn't need as it was bought for a PAC fundraiser which was bought at another store. The supervisor told me i had to go to the store of purchase as there was a hole in the bag and have them do the return. However that store is in another city and with gas at $2.10 I said it wasn't prudent for me to do that. I explained that the hole must have been already there and as I bought $160 of candy I didn't check all of them. As the supervisor was being unhelpful and condescending I asked for his managers name and he said no it was private, I asked for his name and again he said no. This supervisor was incredibly rude and aggressive for no reason. He told me to take it up with customer service which I did and they were very understanding and helpful. Basically what I heard was that it's about profit over people and absolutely not about customer service. Having done a number of years in retail I have a good understanding of how retail and good service works. I have never been treated so poorly! Take your business elsewhere folks, I certainly won't be going back!
S	Sarah B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeez this place has gone down hill. Half the store is empty and always messy. Lots of tripping and falling hazards all over the floor, everywhere. Staff looks at you with a blank face or talks like they are about to get in trouble. Do they know what they’re doing? The worse part is they don’t seem to care either. They look tired, underpaid, overworked, and stressed. Bad management probably. What a shame. Won’t be supporting a place like this anymore.
A	A Malewicz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a ripoff. The staff were lovely, but I paid $40+ for helium! I brought my own balloons, and to fill 8 of them cost me over $40 just for that. There is no justification to charge that much for only helium. Don't go here!

I bought a combo pack of birthday balloons yesterday for $24. They all deflated overnight and the function is today. I ask them to redo but they did only the foil one. The balance six his asking me to pay again. Thats $1.99 each. And yesterday when I was shopping most of the shelves out of stock. Never suggest anyone this store

Costumes, masks, balloons, napkins, silverware, tablecloths, stickers, dog clothes, Bowls, candles...etc. Most of the shelves were stocked. Some basic items can be found in the dollar store for cheaper. Establishment is not busy on a Saturday. Lots of parking available.
s	sara lloyd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived here to get a bouquet of balloons done at 6 pm on a Wednesday. It was somewhat busy yet I still had my bouquet of balloons done in under 20 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and competent.
