J	Jenna Lowe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was worst experience ever! We needed proof of ID in person and not on a phone. WHAT IS THAT!! I can literally get into an arena, which is run by the city but can't get into a bowling alley. We were told it was illegal to get in without "in person ID" even though every other business allows it. And if they want to do that then advertise it so we know beforehand, not tell you when you get there. Finally, to top it all off, the staff was so rude and disrespectful. They even made a comment about us being up to no good. We were just trying to wait inside for our ride. Terrible experience...

D	Don Ridenour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Understand that we did not phone for a reservation and it is March Break, but when you see 14 alleys open and get told all reserved, it's pretty tough to think you are getting good service. Sad really, but if you want to olay make sure you phone in advance.
A	A Sauce on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly rude staff at the Billiards part of this establishment. Had attitude from minute 0 of entry. And while the bowling staff was nice, they are clearly not trained, as they operated a bar and had to ask how to make the shots that THEY advertise. And made the same shot completely different each time because they couldn't figure out the ratios, lol.
T	Tilden Tree Services on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beer , food , pool , bowling and awsome staff . Not to mention a sweet chip truck with patio . Who could ask for anything better . North Bay pool players are very fortunate to have such a large facility . If you have never visited partners , I suggest you go check it out .
D	Delaney Daur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely disappointed with the service at Partner’s. Did billiards on the lower floor from 7:45-9PM with some friends. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially since we didn’t know how to get the table set up. As for the staff upstairs, however.. We had a reservation at 10PM for 5, which we upped to 8. Everyone could pay, it was already pre-planned amongst us. Understandably, this is frustrating. However, one of the employees rolled his eyes and audibly sighed as we explained the situation. I saw this and apologized for the inconvenience, only to hear him mutter the words “f*king stupid,” to his coworker. They also booked the lane next to us, despite telling us that if we had booked more games, we would have stayed past closing. This is my first time coming to Partner’s in almost 7 years, and I am extremely upset the experience was even slightly ruined by one employee’s attitude. I understand bad days happen, but it’s not always customer’s fault, nor is it always their responsibility to deal with your negative attitude. And for my apology to be met with more* attitude is even more upsetting to me. Only giving 2 stars instead of 1 for the wonderful service downstairs.
