Dave worked with me to meet all of my exact wishes for ceremony music, first dance songs, and music for the whole night. Every guest RAVED about the band - nobody was ready to end the night - we begged for one last song! Thank you SO much for your flexibility, attention to detail, and most importantly, incredible music! Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be!

We absolutely LOVED their sound, from the uniquely jazzy voice on their lead singer to the interactiveness moving around the dance floor amongst our guests. It didn't feel at all like one of those big time stuffy bands that situate themselves on a raised stage and aren't present on their breaks, instead Parkside Drive was out on the dance floor with our guests as they sang, and when they were on break, they were interacting with everyone, making everyone feel welcome. There isn't any other band I would recommend more, and after our wedding everyone told us how much they loved their sound. Parkside Drive will not disappoint :)

Our wedding was in Buffalo, NY and Dave reached out far in advance to let us know that all of their paperwork was in place to come back and forth over the border for our wedding so there was nothing for us to worry about. Dave was very responsive and great to chat with when discussing details and plans. The band performed a trio during our ceremony, a 5-piece jazz band during the cocktail hour, and the full 9-piece band for the reception. The band performed and sang our first dance and both mother/groom and father/daughter songs - incredibly! They even did a (from what I know) last-minute happy birthday performance during my dad's speech. The band played the best mix of current and older songs that EVERYONE could dance to. We have not stopped receiving compliments from guests on how great the band was. We planned on having a live band from the beginning rather than a DJ, and they were everything we could have imagined for our special day and more! The dancefloor was packed the whole night! We can't recommend them enough!

From the initial conversation, through the planning, to our big day they we're attentive, caring, and thorough. We never worried once about music. And the talent of the entire band is extraordinary! We danced the entire night to music we love. Our guests still talk about how it was the best music at a wedding and best band. We are so happy we got to work with them. They helped make our night memorable. If you are looking for a band for a wedding or any event your search is over. This is THE band! Thank you Parkside Drive!!!!
T	Taylor Scott on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our other scheduled band canceled at 3pm the day before our wedding (singer got Covid). I reached out to Dave Barnes and he got back to me immediately. He moved heaven and earth and the next day I was blown away by the band in form of professionalism, talent, skill and energy. Parkside drive became the engine of the party. The dance floor did not stop with song after song of hits, many the previous band wouldn't play due to the difficulty level. The vocalist's interaction with the crowd, and level of energy really took the party to the next level. My fiance jokingly rapped a couple of phrases from 8mile in her speech and later the band actually not only started playing the song but brought up my wife on stage to show off her skills, of course helping her out when she lost her place and brought the song home, with flow and grace. It was an absolute highlight of the evening. The process of hiring, level of attentiveness and follow through exceed all expectations and I cannot recommend Parkside Drive high enough as not only one of the best wedding bands, but best bands I have ever had the pleasure of seeing.

Leading up to our big day, Dave was incredibly responsive and easy to work with (including a date change due to Covid-19 as well as a few last minute additions), which took off a ton of planning stress. On the day of, Mike, Leah & the rest of the band brought such positive energy and played the perfect mix of oldies & new songs. All of our guests were on the dancefloor right until the very last song, and everyone is still talking about how much fun they had. With Covid in full force while we were planning our April 2022 wedding, we never had the opportunity to see Parkside Drive live so we committed based on their videos and our numerous conversations with Dave. He was so easy to work with and, given the uncertainty surrounding Covid, was always accommodating as we worked through the potential roadblocks of the band making it to Buffalo. Our first dance was the first time we actually heard them perform live and it was so much better than we could have imagined. They are clearly professionals who know how to set the tone for a great party. We left the setlist completely up to them and the dance floor was full all night! Our guests are still talking about how great the music was from start to finish. We really cannot recommend Parkside Drive enough!
