★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop has been with me since 2014, it was running incredibly slowly due to a failing hard drive so I thought I’d see about getting it repaired so I could hold off on replacing it until desktop GPUs become available. I got it back the next day and it feels better than it did when it was brand new with a fresh SSD, couldn’t be more happy with the results and the cost was more than fair. Thanks for the great service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My laptop was pretty much a big paperweight. It was so slow I was ready to chuck it. Brian took a look at it and was able to clean it out and update what was needing it. I am totally impressed with the difference. It runs better than when I first bought it. The price was fair and honestly, he had it ready for me much sooner than expected ! Thank you Brian and Sparks West !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly Brian I’m the computer section was awesome. He sold me a precision screw driver set. It Worked great for the first eight screws then unfortunately the tip broke I took the screwdriver set back the next day and the store clerk would not except an exchange or return without the physical receipt. He said he did not even know if they sold that screwdriver set. I did not have the physical receipt with me but offered to show my visa receipt he would not except and simply said nothing he can do. terrible service shop with caution!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly atmosphere. Everyone is really helpful and they carry lots of fun and useful stuff you can't find anywhere else in town. The computer service guys have always done a great job, and are always willing to answer questions for me. They really know what they're doing and charge fair prices. Kevin, the current owner is also a really nice guy. Everyone here works really hard, its a wonderful asset to our community!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful people! They do their absolute best to help you, and never once seemed irritated even with my thousands of questions and time taken. All around an amazing store, Repair people are absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful, and saved me from having to buy a new mouse when I figured my current one was broken, they kindly fixed my current mouse. Rates are Reasonable throughout the store, I've never been disappointed. Thank you again guys for your help! Permanent customer<3

I provided little to no direction and the piece I had printed turned out perfectly, just as I imagined! To top things off, the staff at the shop were extremely pleasant! Thank you so much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super awesome service and assistance...had a document to print last week, but do not own a printer. I was able to email it to them, have it printed and was ready to pick up on my break. They also offered to fax the document, too! Helpful and efficient staff, quick response and even though I was limited by time, I can see during my brief foray that I will never need to make plans to drive miles out of my way to Nanaimo to get things like this done or shop for office demands! YAY!
