★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst management , unclean , constant construction noise , lazy building cleaning , and again dirty and dusty hallways. super rude and hostile attitude from the younger woman manager , nothing gets done and ignored or fixed when required . The most expensive price of laundromat service in shore .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great apartment, pet friendly, management helpful and friendly, yes there is construction but there are plenty of notices posted and I was told prior to moving in and I haven't heard anything in a while. Everyone wants upgrades but don't want to go through the upgrading period *insert eye roll* . They don't hide the fact that the are renovating and upgrading an older building. You are still in a shared living building so I suggest to the neighbours to learn to deal with SHARED living.
