★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes parking stuff are super helpful... But this winter parking has been a FIGHT to secure a spot in lot M, which is the only lot for all-day parking. I've been on a waitlist all month to get a spot that I need, and have made no progress. Every time I call parking services, I go to voice mail. Their only office hours are only on weekdays during my classes so it is very difficult to go in person. It's made everything quit difficult, and I know the staff are working their hardest but I wish the university would do something to improve the student parking infrastructure. I'm dependent on a parking spot as I life on residence but my home is nearly 3 hours away so I have a car to travel. I am not even sure if lot M is full lol but nevertheless I will keep trying to get a permit.
