★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Indigo à Québec et son manque d’information flagrant qui incite à ce garer dans celui ci en cas de déneigement dans la ville. En effet, comme indiqué sur les panneaux à l’entrée du parking, on lit de 18h à 8h, 10$. Rentrant juste avant 18h je m’attends à payer max 12$. Quelle mauvaise surprise de se faire demander 20$!! Et comme excuse de la personne que j’ai visiblement déranger: « ah ben on a changer de jour c’est pour ça.. »

Indigo in Quebec City and its glaring lack of information which encourages them to park in this one in the event of snow removal in the city. Indeed, as indicated on the signs at the entrance to the parking lot, we read from 6 p.m. to 8 a.m., $ 10. Coming back just before 6 p.m. I expect to pay max $ 12. What a bad surprise to be asked for $ 20 !! And as an excuse for the person I visibly disturb: "Ah well, we changed the day, that's why."

Gratuité de 2 heures avec le coupon estampillé par un des marchands.
Le parking extérieur est très achalandé et souvent complet. Il faut penser à utiliser le parking intérieur. Nombre de places très limité, par contre.
La sortie du souterrain est très proche de la sortie. La prudence est de mise pour ne pas heurter une voiture en attente de payer.

The outdoor car park is very busy and often full. You have to think about using the indoor parking. Very limited number of places, however.
The exit of the underground is very close to the exit. Caution is needed to avoid hitting a car waiting to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great parking space and location 18$/day or less for under 12h. But beware that when the payment station isn’t working the agent isn’t trained to handle the situation (2019.04.11). Got stuck at the gate because he didn’t want to let me pass because THEIR payment system wasn’t working (although he LET someone in same situation BEFORE ME PASS). Called customer service for info, got well received and an applogy for the inconvenience of the incident.
