★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the worse. If you park underground, you need a code to get back in which apparently is printed on your ticket, yet, you can pay with the app and there is no code generated. Paid additional parking just to get a slip and still no code! This place is as useless as their customer service. Booo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car has been broken into twice here, and in the last week we have seen about 6 other car windows smashed in the morning. I’ve seen a security guard once in the last 5 months, you think they would up the surveillance?
Oh, after I got my car window broken in the second time, I went back upstairs to phone the insurance agent, glass masters, etc. (forgot to renew my parking) then came back down half an hour later to see a ticket on my windshield.
It’s a joke. I’d definitely avoid it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful parking management company. Girlfriends car has been broken into twice here and Indigo hasn’t done anything to make sure it stops happening. The last time her car was broken into there were 4 other cars with smashed windows. They won’t hesitate to ticket you or send you letters in the mail but can’t seem to focus any of that energy on protecting vehicles that pay to park on their lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking underground is an absolute nightmare. Other reviews were right- no code provided on app payment, paid again and no code on receipt. No place to enter code to open any doors to underground parking. Couldn’t access underground parking from 10th ST like signs indicate. Signs lack a map but walked around all of the streets, through memorial and again on Kensington and did not find an entrance that would use open. Couldn’t access underground parking from apartments attached. Phone number listed for help states the offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. Walked through all surface parking, could not find stairwell to underground. Went to second level surface, emergency exit stairwell door was broken in an open position but could not push it open further. Could not trip sensor trying to open underground garage door. Finally offered to pay a random stranger just to drive near the sensor to open the garage door. The signs saying the entrance to underground parking are on 10th ST- I assure you there is no way these doors were unlocked on a Saturday. Will never park here again, quite possibly worst in the entire city of Calgary.
