I cannot express how happy I was to speak to the receptionist, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have booked Tippett's appointment and am feeling very good about attending.

The ladies at the front desk are super helpful, the staff is knowledgeable and happy to help with smaller issue like an upset tummy over the phone. We will definitely be going here for any future veterinary needs.

EDIT: Hands down, THE BEST VET CLINIC!!! Corinne and Brooke are/have been a tremendous help for all of my dog's needs. After moving out of province, we have had nothing but problems with our new vet. We needed to reconnect with Parkdale and Corinne and Brooke were AMAZING! They sorted everything out and went over and beyond to help us. We have total trust in the Parkdale Team and are happy to remain clients who are 9hrs away. Thank-you for being so understanding and compassionate in your level of care!!! ❤️?

They answered all of our questions, did not try to rush us out and provided a ton of information. We’re very happy we chose this clinic for our little guy!!

I emailed them for some info and they got back to me the same day and answered all my questions. I couldn’t find the tracking number for my order and they sent it to me. My order arrived In 3 days which is amazing! I am very happy with the staff here!!

The staff are friendly and personable and always take the time to give you information without rushing you out the door. You can tell the doctors love the animals by the way they talk and interact with them, which is incredibly important to me as I've had vets who would treat my little pooch like a piece of meat, and poke and prod at him without much care as to how the animal felt. Their fees are also very reasonable. I shopped rates before I chose this clinic for my dogs medical care (ex: checkups, teeth cleaning and annual vaccines) they don't prescribe vaccines that you don't need, unlike other clinics. Overall, I had a terrific experience here and have told my other pet owning friends to consider them for the veterinary needs. Fantastic all around ?
