Marianne the manager was so thoughtful and kind the first time we met her and we are noticing throughout time that she is a hard worker, always trying to make the building nice and warm. we are so glad to have her as a manager of our building.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These apartments are wonderfully located, and a great value. They are constantly working on improvements, which helps the building feel unkept and cared for. But the thing that keeps us here is the Property Manager, Marianne. She is truly amazing, responsive, respectful and helpful. If you are looking for a good spot with a responsive staff team, this is the place!
