★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. Stopped in to see if they could source a replacement tire for our van because ours went flat thanks to a chunk of metal embedded in it. Called us later that day to say they were able to patch it. Replaced the tire and a turn signal that was out in 25 minutes all for a great price. Would definitely return for other auto service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are from out of town and our truck broke down on Canada Day and we were recommended Park Road to get it repaired. After I explained the situation to Katie she sprung into action sourcing the needed parts and slipping me in ahead of the queue as I was essentially stranded there. Very reasonable rates and the truck runs great after the repair. Highly recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience. We were driving around in search of a refill for our propane tank and we managed to arrive right after closing. We approached a man leaving and he was kind enough to do us a favour and filled up our tank. Saved our night! So happy we get to grill tonight in our campsite all thanks to park road auto. We will be back again! :D

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park was my 3rd place I tried to get my car fixed. The 1st 2 places were a fail. Park got the part & got it fixed quickly, and for a bit cheaper than the other 2 places quoted and who were unable to fix the car... The other 2 places (1 in Sechelt. 1 in Gibsons) had terrible customer service (no return calls- coming out & saying "we can't fix it" seemed too hard I guess) whereas Park had great service! Soon after I purchased 4 new tires (competitive good pricing) from Park and again from start to finish, it was a positive, painless experience ?. Thank you Jordon & team! (Typically i never do reviews- my first)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a flat tire. It was a valve problem. They replaced it for me free of charge. I appreciated their kindness and beyond the call of duty service. Most places start charging time and labour the minute you set foot on the lot. Due to their great attitude I’ve booked them to do an oil change and servicing. Will comment further.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently I was travelling for work and had a low tire coming off the ferry at midnight. I called first thing in the morning they put on my spare and repaired my tire while I was working. They had it repaired and changed it back in time to catch the Ipm ferry back to Vancouver. They had a full schedule and did not have to fit me in. Everyone was friendly and helpful and I cant say enough good things, about their customer service.
I would have fully expected to pay an extra fee for emergency service and was pleasantly surprised with a reasonable charge for only the tire repair.
