The 84 bux for the full deal for my full size crew cab dually was worth evey penny. Will do it every time I park there. Who ever did the cleaning did just a unreal job.

When I arrived the machine would just not accept the confirmation bar code Paging repeatedly for help did nothing I called the office and they sent an attendant. He was repeatedly unsuccessful as well with our bar code He called his supervisor. I could hear the supervisor say “just stick with it” and he gave back the bar code. At this point, twenty minutes had now gone by and cars were eating behind us in line so we left and paid the far more expensive long term parking at the airport. We had to really run at this point to catch our flight. I will be contacting this company when we are back from Vegas.

Had to wait 10 minutes for our vehicle on return this time due to following the incorrect instructions in the app.

I have had loose coins taken and this last time, several of my nice re-usable grocery bags were removed! They had no business going into the trunk but for some reason they needed some shopping bags! Very frustrating.

I think it's actually faster to get the valet shuttle than to make the long hike from the airport-run overnight parking and the rates are comparable. Splurged on the car wash and vacuum package on my most recent trip and it was well done. Bathrooms are well maintained, car is secure, and staff is always friendly. Never waited more than 5 minutes for a shuttle in either direction.
