★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good building. Good management. New owners, Mayfair Properties Ltd, seem cool, but their choice of renovation contractors / workers sucks. It is my observation that these older renovation guys they hire, probably the cheapest out there, treat the tenants like Putin treats Ukraine, are like invaders who show total disgust because of course tenants are dogs. I really want to think that Mayfair chooses to be compassionate towards those who suffer, and in today’s world this is precious. But these cheap older renovation guys they hire look like they NEED to subdue and intimidate the tenants. Please do not hire this type because there is no compassion there. Please respect your tenants. It will bring you blessings Mr. Mayfair because the West End is a good place where we all want to help each other and we welcome you. Truth is the Timeless One.
