Excellent service, very flexible with timing and schedules to work with tides. Rates were fair especially considering the awkward nature of the vessel.

I've been dealing with Roy for over 4 years now and have always been well treated and fairly priced for any work I've needed done. I have no problem recommending Park Isle Marine for boat work or storage.

I have been meaning to write this review for some time. I think that Park Isle Marine might be one of the best kept secrets in the marine industry. We arrived in Sooke in the fall of 2008 after sailing our sailboat from Ontario. During the following winter we had our boat hauled for maintenance. It included amongst other things, replacing the windows, replacing the stern gland, bottom paint, and repairing and touching up the topsides. The work was all exceptionally well done and in particular the Awlgrip repairs to the topsides could not be detected. Last winter we returned for more maintenance, and as it turned out a re-power. Our existing engine suddenly seized, and Roy worked diligently, and carried out a forensic analysis, to determine the cause. This was invaluable, as the result, allowed us to get help from our insurance company. There is a huge amount of experience in Park Isle Marine and in particular Roy Parkinson (the owner) is extremely helpful and has decades of knowledge in the industry .

Had my power boat in to get some hoses replaced and some electrical work done, also some aluminium fabrication for a new bracket. The work is professionally done and the price was very reasonable. He checked with me before doing anything unanticipated. The guys in the shop are helpfull professionals. Lots of workshops and craftsmen, this is not a one man band. I will certainly go back again. Also I got him to launch my 25' sailboat and rent me a slip for a few days, quick efficient and again reasonably priced.

The president ,Mr Roy, does not run an honest business... He changed the dry storage fee from 15 dollars to 71.50 per day without any notice. When we asked Mr Roy to get the boat in water he decided to go on holiday for a week ... need less to say that I had to pay his over priced day fee for all those days! He tried to over charge me for storage days as I took over ownership of the boat from the previous owner. He bill me for things without any agreement, and for work I never asked for. Mr Roy you are nothing but a low life scammer and I hope that your business fails!!!
