J	Jessie Hennessey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to do laundry, got there at 5:40.... doors were locked. Called and they said last load in at 5:45....they lock the doors then. We knew this, what we didn't know is they would lock the doors early. She was quiet rude when we called, not very pleased.

Her constant abuse has gotten so bad that we now have to drive out of town in order to do our laundry. Very sad because we did nothing to deserve being treated that way and to be constantly attacked. If anyone else has been mistreated by this woman or made to feel unwelcome please come forward nothing will be done about it unless people speak out.

I throw all my clothes, everything, in 1 load, which I have never done before and the colours don't run, not even brand new things. Everything comes out clean. As well the cost per load is better than the apartment washing machines and dryers.

We were greeted with a terribly unpleasant employee who was upset that too many of us were in the establishment. We don't mind complying with whatever rule that may be in place, but it would have been nice if we were told that in a kind way. Never coming to this place again.
