Very accommodating to their clients and couriers. Keep your eyes on Parcel Pal, they will take over the industry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have used Parcel Pal a few times prior to COVID and so far their service for our customers delivery from our Mia Melon Flagship store that was previously in Gastown, Vancouver has been excellent! Going forward we are re-connecting with them as a local brand and will be starting to implement their fantastic delivery service for those who can't make it down to our new Flagship store opening in October on Main Street! We highly recommend them!

Presentation of product in cooler bag with freezer bar in bag, well done.
Only thing i noticed is that all meals have different size tray's.
I think all portions should have the same quantity of product.
I will tell my family and friends about your meals and the great service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for them and i did not get paid. They do not have proper communication within their staff. I stopped working for them on November 14 and did not get paid till now. I worked under them at Amazon dvc 4, pitt meadow location. Their operation manager do not even care to reply to my emails and their dispatcher just keep telling me they will sort it out. But its over a month now and i did not got paid. This is the worst company i have worked for and i suggest people to not work under them.
