My friend and I got Carbon Monoxide poisoning here a few summers ago and had to go to the hospital. Honestly I’m surprised the rink is still in operation. The chief of the fire department later visited my home after the incident to report that there were indeed high levels of CO in the building. This place cuts corners. Please be wary when using their facilities.

Overall I keep coming back because of the on ice instructors. They’re the best in the city, my boy and teammates love it! The rink has improved a lot over the past year. One thing I’m very disappointed with is the gym, they always seem to have great environment with discipline?! One of the female trainers uses swear words, vulgar language when kids get jumpy.

Facilty is nice. But change room 8 was very foul smelling and messy. Also a little disppointed in the class my son took. Asked Chris if it would challange my son but it didn't. Skill level of kids in class quite variable

The Parking lot and entrance is located in odd places making it unsafe for loading and pickup. A good place for practice and development clinics.

For New Year’s Eve we tried to book a rink for a romantic skate. We called repeatedly and finally got through to the general manager. He told us that we could get our requested time slot and that he would call us back when he got to the office. He did not call back. We tried multiple times to get through leading up to the booking and finally got through to him on the way to the rink. We were then told that the rink we had booked with him was no longer available because it had been booked online even though he specifically told us not to book online. We were then told that we could only get the rink that was under construction that he had already told us wasn’t available. Smaller yet charged us the same price. We were already on the way so said this was ok. Upon arriving there was no one there. This was a 3pm booking. We were significantly early. Called to find out how to rent skates as we had discussed with him. He told us to find the Zamboni driver. After trying we continued to call. He said he would call the driver and have him meet us at the dressing room to get our rentals. 20 minutes into our reserved time after repeatedly calling we finally reached him and were told to go looking for the driver. We found the driver and he escorted us to the area to find rentals. Which was locked...he then called the general manager who gave him the code to get in. The door opened to a pile of skates on the floor (I have pictures) and we were told to we need to rummage through and find our size... Obviously at this point we were done with the experience and told them we wouldn’t be taking the rink as there is no way we were going to climb into a pile of skates to try to find our size. Even the workers there said the place was a joke (I’m paraphrasing as the words were much harsher and included many profanities). This place is utterly horrible. Do not book as you will be sorely disappointed. The general manager is a joke and should not be employed to deal with customers as at this rate I expect the rink will continue to lose customers and get worse by the day. There are other options that are far more professional, won’t waste your time and will treat you like human beings and not trash. Book at your own risk but, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere as I can guarantee you will be disappointed if you book here. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be ashamed by the level of service my general manager is offering and the treatment of paying customers. To be honest...this review doesn’t even do justice to how terrible this establishment is or the way we were treated.

When I registered my daughter last year for skate classes we were super happy to finally find a top notch place for her. However, the classes aborted due to shutdown and I asked them many times to refund our remaining credit which was more than $100. Quite unfortunately , all of my calls and emails left unanswered. Surprisingly, after a few months I just received an email from them to update my Visa card since it is going to be expired soon!!!!So, it seemed that some one was still there and I sent them a couple of more emails afterwards and asked for refund but nothing happened again. It’s an absolute letdown when I see that they just communicate when they want and no one is accountable at all.

Echoing another reviewer, it's the programs and INSTRUCTORS that "makes this place tick." I highly recommend this place as the place to go for all ages - to learn to skate, play hockey and/or improve your skills! I recently signed up for hockey lessons - got added to an adult class that was fun and has an amazing instructor. Calling in to arrange this was easy, in large part to Chris who was so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to my next class and stepping up my A game! ;-)
