I will gladly refer Paramount Butcher shop. Extremely clean, great service and good selection or raw and marinated meat. Halal hence no pork. Meat will be cut to the size that the customer wants. No dry aged steaks available. They also sell garlic paste, hummus, moutabel and pickles (Arabic). Frozen falafel is something we regularly buy and make at home when we have the craving. One of the best burgers that U have had is that we get from Paramount. Beef, goat, chicken, lamb are all top notch.

I bought 17 lbs Lamb Legs from them yesterday - which is $14.99 per lbs. Unfortunately when I came home and weighed the meat I had only 14 lbs meat. Which means I have paid $45 extra! I never write reviews. This is the very first review I am writing as this is extremely upsetting. Unfortunately this is the second time this happens at this butcher shop with this specific butcher. I have had my order prepared by other butchers and never had this issue. The first time this happened I called and talked to the manager and he said it must have been the fat that I had requested to be removed! So I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and ignored it and decided to pay close attention next time. I requested the bone from both legs to be removed and meat of one leg to be grinded and meat of another leg to be cut for stew. Prior to grinding I requested the butcher to weigh the meat and it was 4.9 lbs. However, the ground meat weighed at home was only 4 lbs! Also, I requested all the fat removed from the meat to be kept in a separate bag and given to me which in total weighed only 1 lbs. I basically received everything, the fat, the bones and the meat! There shouldn't have been any difference in weight! I'd accept that a few grams of meat would get stuck in the grinder, but how on earth i have lost 3lbs?!!!! The sad part is they do this while they call themselves "Halal" meat shop. Do they even understand what is the meaning of Halal? Not eating pork because it is not Halal, but doing this kind of horrible things and call it "Halal". And that also in the month of Ramadan! How sad and pitiful! But I am not done with them. I will go back next time and will have them weigh every single container before paying them a penny. I do believe Paramount owe me more than $45. I do not remember how much less meat I got last time, but this time I clearly know it was 3 lbs less. May God guide everyone to the path of honesty and trustworthiness. Any money that comes with dishonesty, will bring many miseries to the person's life.

The staff is really friendly and have lots of experience. They gave us great recommendations for a few cuts. Their prices are reasonable considering the excellent quality of the meat. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Love this butcher shop, meat counter is fresh and very clean, the guys are friendly and smiling but they say one price but will put a higher up after packing it up. So before ordering always ask how much per pound. Meat (chicken, beef & goat) quality is excellent which is why I don't mind paying more. But all in all I like them, they are good. One particular girl at the front cash is rude, I have let it go twice now but third time I wont put up with it. Giving it a 3 start because they can improve their customer service.

The shop is way way more expensive than any other meat shop in the city or probably the whole province/country! What I paid here for 10 chicken legs equal what I paid in Apna farms for 20 chicken legs! Same goes for the ground beef!! Such a rip off.

Located near the Eglinton Ave Wand Confederation parkway. Very clean and appealing and has HALAL goat, lamb, beef. The staffs are good and friendly. I buy goat and lamb regularly from this shop. One can get best quality meat like the ones got from farm. The meats are displayed and packed neatly. Sunday mornings are usually crowded but there is a lot of room for the car parking. In my pictures, I have posted the timings, price and the items available etc. There’s a huge variety of marinated meat including chicken. Highly recommended although the price is on the higher side but you won’t be disappointed with the quality and Fresh meat.

Paramount butchers conveniently located in Eglinton and heritage hills. The shop is very clean and well managed. The staff are very helpful and courteous. They sell a wide variety of quality meats. Highly recommend this butcher
