★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can’t recommend this centre enough! I have been to various buddhism/meditation centres and temples in GTA, but this one by far the best.
Buddhism varies by region, organization, and party etc, and Idk them all unfortunately, so cannot say this centre is the one if you are looking for xx.
But my case, I am very into books from thich nanh hanh, dalai lama, goenka, so if you like these authors, you may find this place awesome like I do!
Can’t wait buddhism philosophy course this fall!! Looking forward it. Just so grateful that I found here!
