D	Dhrubo Tash on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just took the 3 hour personal makeup class with Genita and I just regret not taking it earlier!!! I thoroughly enjoyed each minute of the class! Genita is a wonderful instructor and amazing person. She just made the class truly enjoyable and showed us so many little tricks that are super important. I have been doing makeup on myself for 20 years now and I can’t believe I have been doing so many things incorrectly! Like very minor but things that could make a HUGE difference. I watched tons of YouTube videos for years yet I could not achieve the results. But after taking the class yesterday I knew exactly where I’ve been going wrong! I went to a party right after the class and people kept on commenting how beautiful and fresh my makeup looked. I could see the difference myself as I wear makeup every single day. Overall I feel lucky that I found Genita’s class and I just hope she offers more classes in the future!
C	Cindy Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just finished the weekend bootcamp for the Bridal and Fashion makeup class. I did quite a bit of research and most classes were inconvenient timing for me. They would be one or two nights a week for months, which didn't fit my schedule. Paramita Academy of Makeup seemed to fit my schedule much better being either a weekend or only five days. Although I didn't know anyone that took this course, I signed up. The next day I was in Shoppers Drug Mart and the gal at the makeup desk was a graduate and was very vocal about how much she enjoyed the course. This gave me a lot of confidence. When I arrived of the 6 other students in the class, 5 of them had signed up based on a referral from someone they trusted. Not every course can boast this. The teacher was fantastic, the material for learning was very helpful. I feel confident enough, as did everyone else in the class, to go out and do what we were taught. This is a must have course for anyone who wants to learn to apply makeup like a professional without all of the drama and with other students who want to be there to learn. You will not regret the money you spend and I can't wait take the other classes this fall.

The instructor Genita was super helpful and gave us step by step instructions on how to do a day and evening look. The class size was quite small, so Genita was able to spend time with each student and provide us with personalized recommendations. Overall, the class was super fun and I learned a lot. Would highly recommend it!

There is no time restraint for the online course, so you're free to work at your own pace. Jessica was very responsive and encouraging while critiquing your work and gave great tips through online tutorials. This was a great option for brushing up your skills during a COVID restrictions, as long as you have a model to work on for your assignments.

Jessica was a knowledgeable and fantastic instructor. I really enjoyed the small class size, which allowed for effective one-on-one learning. The atmosphere of the classroom was comfortable, and we all had a lot of fun under Jessica's professional yet personal guidance. I had always been interested in makeup, and I was confident to work in the industry after finishing the course. I highly recommend Paramita Academy of Makeup!
