Jordan was able to help me through the process of deciding which system would work best for my family's needs. He is very responsive to messages and provided excellent service even after the install. The system is producing above expectations and I have already recommended Jordan to friends and colleagues (Some of which have already pulled the trigger on a system them selves!). I shopped around and got a dozen or so quotes and Jordans was not only the cheapest, but also the most detailed and accurate. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had some various concerns, like when I could pick up, what was available, follow up questions about inverters. And they kindly helped me with all my problems! They really put in the extra effort to help me out! These will be my go-to guys for future solar panel matters in the future! :)

He took the time to answer ALL of my questions quickly and in a way that I could understand. He guided us through all the steps of the process and took care of every detail to make things as smooth and easy as possible, especially dealing with ATCO and the engineers, applications and permits. Jordan and his crew were prompt and professional, clean and courteous and there was no delay from the time my project started to when it was finished! Jordan has followed up and visited the site since installation to make sure that everything is operating properly, which is greatly appreciated since I live 20minutes outside of town! Jordan and his company also have a hugely generous heart, donating to the local SPCA for every system they install! They are also generous in other ways to their clients and I will be a loyal customer for life! I highly recommend Paragon to any an all for your solar power needs!

Of all of the estimates we received which ranged from "can you go and measure your roof" and other clearly clueless installers that send you an email a day for 2 weeks instead of provide an estimate, Jordan really stands out. Within a day of receiving our address he was able to design a system and provide all of the details with a cost and all of our options. The design was very well done, showing you exactly what the panels will look like on your roof, and how much power you can generate. He makes sure that you size the system to your needs and wants, not just to sell as many solar panels as he can. The install was quick and great. The crew were very knowledgeable and professional. The project was finished with no mess and a very nice looking solar setup.

Only thing I wish were that the mounting bracket holes would have fit the pre-drilled holes in the panel. Drilled my own holes and now works fine. Other than that it was a great experience and would highly recommend.

Paragon looked after all necessary permits, grant applications and inspections and the system was installed in October 2017. By November the system was generating energy and in 2018 produced more energy than we consumed for the year as projected. In March 2019, I purchased an electric vehicle and Paragon installed the necessary power circuit in our garage to allow for overnight charging. In 2020 Paragon installed a battery backup system in the basement which now provides energy to the house in case of power interruption from the grid. Jordan has also provided ongoing support and answered any questions which have arisen. I'm 100% satisfied with Paragon's service and would recommend them to anyone considering the move to solar or looking to install a backup power system. Don N.
