★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very slow to do repairs. Water main breaks get ignored for months, roads and lanes have many potholes, the pool area has no ventilation. No upgrading is being done, and maintenance is lacking. Sad, because it used to be a real nice community.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Air conditioning has difficulty keeping up with a large group. Speakers needed special cables in order to play contemporary music without loosing the mid range. Otherwise the building is large and well maintained, with a spacious green space.
