S	Shelly Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is not as great as they want you to think it is. The people (both employees and residents) here were bribed to give it a five star review. Therefore, quite a few of the reviews are insincere. Many of the tenants are delightful and grateful, but a number of them are incredibly pretentious and disturbingly rude - dare I say, uncultured (disappointing but not surprising) - yet management kisses up to them, at the expense of their own employees. Residents should definitely be talked to about their poor behavior, regardless of the amount they pay to stay here and their old age (which is no excuse). Without the employees, they would have nobody to help them. Employees are expected to do the most with little to no appreciation, and to keep their heads down and work. When there were numerous positive COVID-19 cases, employees were pretty much forced to come into close contact with residents, even though they were uncomfortable doing so. And I noticed they delete negative, yet truthful, comments. Let us be completely honest, Seine River. It is the absolute least you can do. Thank you.

Over the last 14 years we have moved several residents into the Seine River. I have had many great experiences working with the administrative staff at the building. They are a huge part of what makes living at Seine River so comfortable. I would definitely recommend a family to move in into this building.

She was very happy living there and loved her suite, the staff and the beautiful dining experience. As my mom was in beginning stages of dementia, she did visit the front desk often with requests of all sorts, which were always taken care of. The staff had time for queries and were always kind and helpful. The staff also helped me by listening to my concerns regarding my mom and never made me feel awkward. They treat their residents like their own family and that was very apparent with mom.. I would honestly recommend Seine River Retirement for your loved ones.
