K	Kevin Lin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first and only Papa Johns I've been to. So far, I'm very impressed. On par with the other major pizza chains in terms of quality, service and speed. Feels like there's a lot more toppings than other places. No seating area, take out or delivery only.

Others have had the same experience with her. My experiences: messed up my orders two times, the first time I had asked for a vegetarian pizza but instead got pepperoni. The second time when I went to pick up my order she gave me pepperoni again.The manager had talked to her but she still continued to do the same thing. I went back after weeks and when I went to pick my order up, I had opened the box to see if it was correct and instead she gave me attitude and yelled just because I was checking my pizza. She told me to either take it or leave. Rude and bad service from her. With this service, I'm not coming back.
M	Marjorie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pizza has a nice fresh taste, the guy at the counter may have been really busy because the service was cold, hurried (kept asking if I was ready) and dismissive, I expressed that their menus were un clear to me and he did not offer any help. I will likely not go back there are tons of other pizza spots nearby.

The gentleman took the time to wish me a happy birthday and threw in a free drink as well. Super amazing customer service! Could not recommend enough!

Decided to go there because they donated delicious pizza and dessert to a local charity that I work at and really like the food. Bought enough food for my family that is enough for several meals now! Family loved the flavour of the pizza's, garlic knots and brownie. Thank you so much to the staff member who was very considerate!
