★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was so excited to.see a new Papa John's in the area. Ordered a BBQ Chicken and Bacon Papadia, which I have ordered several times before from a different location and all I got was pizza dough, smothered in BBQ sauce. Also ordered a large 4 topping pizza and there were no toppings on it at all. First and last time at this location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking order was not difficult, cashier was nice but I see no worker wearing gloves when putting toppings, I notice one the worker washing their hands without soap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 2 large pizza deal. Delicious pizzas. I had special instructions for not to cut the pizza. But they cut by mistake. They made a fresh one before actually giving it to me and also offered to give me the cut pizza at no cost. Great customer service. So many staff and super busy store on opening week, but they made sure they don't sacrifice the customer service and everyone's need. Great team keep up the good work. We finally have a pizza store at walking distance.

Customer service need to be improve alot. My order was ready and no one bothered asking whether I'm there or not. 5 minutes after I ask an associate to check how long more I've to wait, then he said it's ready while ago.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was actually so excited to know there was a papa johns opening up close by me .. this was not the case :( .. pure disappointment . ordered a 4 topping pizza which i added extra cheese and didn’t get anything but the bare minimum ( please view the pictures that i posted of the pizza as i cannot lie about a picture ) i ordered .. pepperoni , green peppers , onions , extra cheese and chciken which i paid an extra fee for as they considered this a double topping .. nonetheless i don’t really want to waste my time leaving a bad review unless it was really worth. it but this location is horrible and as a person who has been living in scarborough their whole life i would go to the kingston rd location tbh .. also they didn’t even have chilli flakes to add on. the side or the pizza .. i have them saying they will add chilli flakes and when i went to the store ( i open and inspect my pizza before paying ) there were no chilli flakes put on my pizza .. plz view my pictures as i have left a lot of reviews in the past and this restaurant as a franchise has to step up their pizza game .. they also used to place a sticker on their pizza to notify customers that their pizza has not been opened or altered .. this was not evident as well .. overall i wouldn’t waste my time leaving a review but the pizza tasted so bad that i had to share my opinion.. maybe it was the timing of the day but being a big franchise as papa johns .. this is unacceptable.. i’m not asking for a refund or a free pizza .. all i ask is that you treat other customers with the integrity and honesty provided by your restaurant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pizza deals. The service was great but that cheese blend made the pizza rubbery. Probably won't order that topping again. And they forgot to double cut it like I asked. Minor details. This location is new they've got plenty of time to improve. Love how hard they're working though. Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow! Ordered for the first time here at this new location. I Got the Double pepperoni pizza. Amazing!! The pepperoni was curled up and crispy similar to the roni cup pizzas. I hope this location continues to stay consistent. Im happy we have this location in my area. Kudos to the workers and managers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is lots of parking. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pizza is very fresh, and tasty. Dare I say, their dough is awesome. I did a walk in, for a chicken pizza, and it was perfect. $11.99 for 4 toppings right now. The store was clean.
