★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The customer service needs improvement. They have more staff in the store than customers yet customers have to wait in line to enter due to covid-19 restrictions. The sales lady that was assisting me was very unprofessional. I ultimately did not make a purchase because of her attitude and regret my previous purchases. I will no longer be supporting this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store is one of the best Pandora stores I have ever been. Staff here has so much positive energy and so easy to understand they love their jobs. The manager of this store Diana is an amazing professional lady that always go beyond the service for customers. I love walking to this store as they really pampered the customers, make you feel so special and care for your business.
Natasha, Tatiana, the sweet new girl Julie and a few other ladies who helped me there really Rock. Way to go Diana and the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I share this review with everyone because there is no contact me on this website, but I bought my wife a bracelet for xmas and bought it at a location not local to me thinking that a company this big would look after customer service. But after getting the wrong size we made the trip to where we bought it to exchange, after 2 weeks of wearing the piece of junk bracelet that was top dollar broke. Then covid happened and the mall was shut down for 18 months, now trying to exchange or replace this has been a challenge. I would never recommend pandora, nor will I ever buy another thing from this joke of a company. You think a company would stand behind their products instead hide behind the fact that they are individually owned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Not pushy at all. Knew what she was talking about and gave me different price points, without assuming I was in there to get the cheapest thing or most expensive thing. She was very knowledgeable of the new stock and old stock. I will definitely go back. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. Was told I needed to sign up with my email if I wanted to purchase and I didn’t want to and now I’m getting emails everyday. I will never shop at pandora again with the terrible service I have received from multiple purchases from this store. Returned a ring from damage and again was treated very rudely. Do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went yesterday to exchange a ring and the ladies in there were so rude they didn't help at all, they had no form of respect, bad customer service.
I had my gift receipt with order number is there she could do it easy like 123 but she there giving excuses about needs a bar code to scan so lazy. If there was an option to give 0 star I would.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been in this store 3 times and have had a bad experience every time I just asked the sales lady if she could look at the bracelet I had bought she immediately told me that if I didn't have the receipt they weren't going to do anything and it had to be within a year which I understand but she never asked me when I bought it or if I had the receipt she didn't even look at the bracelet which was 2 days old. I will never return to that store and don't recommend it. If you live in the area there is a jewelry store in Bradford called Diamond jewelry they sell Pandora at great prices if they don't have it they will order it for you very friendly unlike Pandora in the outlet mall
