β β β β β We were pleased with Panda's price to replace our roof shingles and eaves trough. We went with an unusual colour for the gutters that wasn't in stock which meant the eaves were installed later than expected.
Any concerns I had with the installation were resolved without fuss and the entire job was completed to my satisfaction.
Panda were quick to respond to my questions, honest and very hard working.
I would have appreciated more lead time to when the crew would start, but was not too inconvenient as were were at home during COVID lock down.

β β β β β This is the second time I have used the panda roof service. Three years ago, my house needed to change the roof sink. I found 5 Chinese companies, and they all told me that they could not provide a long sink, but two connections were required. Until I found the panda roofing. Not only can they provide me with a complete roof sink, the price is actually cheaper than the others. They are very professional and it only took three hours to install it. Also took away all the rubbish. For 3 years, this sink has worked very well.
In August of this year, I found 3 roofing companies to give me the price to change the roof. Panda Roof is the company with the cheapest price. They told me the real situation of my roof very honestly. They never let I change the plank just in order to make money, and the work efficiency is very high. When they left, they took away all the rubbish. I think I am really lucky to find Panda Company to help me make a new roof.

β β β β β I had an excellent experience with Roy and Panda roofing. After asking for a quote Roy arrived the next day with a quote and shingle samples to choose. The team started 1 week later and was finished a 2000+ square foot roof in under 9 hours. Also the best value I found after getting 3 different quotes.

Had an inspector here said they have never seen such bad work ever.
Used flat roof foam covered in cardboard (will mould not to code)
Only part installed and its is melting!
Damaged the vinyl. The warranty from kaycan is now void.
They even advised it was installed wrong.
Pierced our existing capping causing damage
Sided in our gate
Garbage and nails left everywhere.
Their pop cans, cigarette cartons and butts, food wrappers nothing was cleaned.
We had over 2 hours of clean up and that wasn't even done.
Our front gardens were trampled
Saddest part our the house that recommended us is worse.
Roy keeps making excuses, doesn't show up took their money and ran.
Excuses we fix, it's normal, maybe you should have put in aluminum........
Thank God they quit once I said an inspector was coming.
