Rio and his team did a great job - I found them to be on the ball and they communicated clearly about when to expect delivery of shingles, when they'd be able to get the job done etc. and ultimately I am very happy with the service.

His crew was respectful and very nice. The work was done fast and well and the yard was totally cleaned up. โ โ โ โ โ We had a great experience working with 3S Roofing and Rio. He was reliable, starting right from the consultation through to following up once the job was done. We appreciated him being available to answer all of our questions (had a hard time choosing shingles). Ultimately, we were happy with how quickly the work was completed, and the clean-up that occurred after was well done. The roof looks fantastic and we loved seeing the drone shots when the job was completed!

They took pictures before and after, and very transparent with their job. There was no hidden fees associated. They cleaned up the site making sure no junks left behind. 1000% recommend.
