b	betty boops on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai l'habitude d'y aller et d'avoir un bel accueil, sympathique et familial, MAIS le samedi 5 février entre 12h et 13h30 je passe par le magasin et les 2 jeunes filles étaient sans masques avec leur téléphone assise sur l'espace où les enfants essaient les chaussures. Je comprends qu'il n'y ai pas de client et que l'on se détende un peu, toutefois je pense que cela ternie l'image de cette enseigne. Nous ne sommes pas chez Ecko quand même ! Au moins une m'a dit bonjour, mais c'était un vrai chilling. Vraiment dommage. I usually go there and have a nice, friendly and family welcome, BUT on Saturday February 5 between 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. I pass by the store and the 2 young girls were without masks with their phones sitting on the space where children try on shoes. I understand that there are no customers and that we relax a bit, however I think that tarnishes the image of this brand. We are not at Ecko anyway! At least one said hello to me, but it was a real chill. Too bad.

J	Joelle NG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, it's too bad there's not a lot of Panda stores around Montreal. And I went there today and there was no shoes in my baby's size. So the salesperson told me to just order online.

The price is very high $150 for 500 cards. I have found a place for 60$ for 500 cards (high quality). They have to have all their products in all stores.
R	Remon Kaldas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a very bad experience with the LaSalle branch ! The manager on duty on Jan. 7th 2022 showed the worst representation to the whole Panda brand ! They usually put a stand of balloons as giveaways for the kids, and as we usually as a family go to the Fairview mall where there is a branch for the Panda store, it’s been always a reason for the happiness of the kids to go to the Panda store there, and have a ballon. But when we went to “Carrefour Angrignon” mall and my kids saw the Panda store there with their lovely stand of balloons, they were very happy and went to get ones but we were shocked by the reaction of the store’s manager when she stopped them and told my wife how she should bring up the kids (in front of them!!) and to learn them that they must ask for a permission first before taking the balloon, so my wife left the store and the balloons, then i went back to speak with her as the kids were scared actually but she told me that she doesn’t speak English while she did later, and moreover told me how come i don’t speak French !!! She spoke in French with my wife, and at the end i asked her to apologize to my wife and she refused, so i went to the security office and filed a claim against her and the store as we actually felt insulted by that bad experience, and it’s the worst store to even see now anywhere!
