β β β β β Had a very disappointing experiences with Dentist: Wilson at the clinic. A lack of care and patience toward toddler patient is alarming! Treated patient as numbers rather than as a human being . Rushed through the proceds with unfriendly commanding words toward a 3 and half year old kid . Be cautious sending your kids to the clinic. If you have concerns , check out the CDSBC website for voicing your opinions

β β β β β Had a great experience at Panda Dental. Dr Chung and his staff were very patient with my 4 year old daughter. My daughter was crying. Dr. Chung was encouraging her and calming her down. After Dr. Chung was finished with my daughter, the front desk let her pick out a toy. Very impressed.

β β β β β Had my ortho treatment done w/ Dr. Smith, which took approx one and a half years and Iβm very satisfied with the final result. The office manager Edna is also super considerate, positive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

β β β β β Dr. Chung and the team are fantastic. Their attention to detail, genuine care and time taken to explain everything created such a great experience. I now bring my whole family to see them. They are amazing with kids too. I highly recommend giving them a try.

β β β β β Dr. Chung and his assistant did an amazing job! It was my 8 year old daughterβs first cavity under local anesthesia, and she said it did not hurt one bit.
Dr. Chung did an amazing job communicating with my daughter, she felt so comfortable and cared for.
Our family has been coming here for 3 years, and I have to say from the cleanings to the dental procedures, we have experienced the best service and care.
