★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for years and had great experiences with all of the RMT and acupuncture I've received here. They also helped in my recovery after an ICBC accident. They bill directly to both ICBC or your private insurance and do their best to help accommodate any schedule changes.
In particular Abu, Jordan, and Jacky are particularly good but you are in good hands with anyone who works here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A decent place to go for regular RMT massages, pretty busy clinic to find appointments. The only improvement needed is the sound proofing of rooms, you can hear the front desk noises pretty clearly, so there goes the relaxation off the drain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vicky is great! Shes professional, knowledgeable, and good with her clients.
However Ive had few issues with receptionists/admin. Poor communication!
Make sure you're clear with your clients about insurance and billing. Try to communicate with them!
Its its not for vicky, I wouldn't even bother going back there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came to panda clinic as one of the RMT who served me elsewhere is there. The location is accessible from 22nd station and the bus pretty much drops you off in front of the place. The atmosphere was quiet, clean and filled with people who are there to better the quality of your health.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Changing my review to 3 star from 1 star. Originally I posted that this company, whom I had been a customer with off and on for years told me that I was no longer welcome at all because I had some no-shows in my long history. Then the manager or owner called me directly and apologized for the receptionist who told me that, and assured me that this was not the case and that I was welcome back. Again, I was a loyal customer off and on for several years. So, the fact that they owned up to the rude position taken by the receptionist was worth noting. However I will maintain a 3 star review until I return (if I do). For now I am going to try a 4.9 rated company in New West and see how they do. If I return to Panda, we shall see if they warrant another change in review. Stay tuned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited a branch in Burnaby, this Burnaby branch would directly bill ICBC for treatments related to vehicular accidents, allow at least half an hour for parking if you are unfamiliar with the location. Anyway, Ze Heng Shen was the best therapist, very knowledgeable, professional and polite, he utilized the most effective therapy exercises, the facility is clean, the staff takes great care and pride in their work, I look forward for my recovery after a traumatic accident, I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone. Thank you Ze Heng Shen.
