B	Bavleen Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star just for the reception. The lady doctor is veryy rude. Very very very rude. I had three problems to discuss. For the first one she just clearly told me to see another doctor. She did not hear my problem to the fullest and gave me a prescription. For the last problem(that other doctors recommended antibiotics), she says”I dont know what you are talking about, this is how body works” and she just ran out of the room aggressively opening the curtain. I was not given any chance to respond. Not coming back here again!!

Receptionist was rude, looked me up and down and asked me why I didnt “just go to my family doctor” when the waiting room was completely empty. White male was being treated by doctor at the same time, while I was refused treatment for having a cough (I have asthma). Thanks for being absolutely no help.
S	Simranpreet Kaur on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I’ve had with a medical professional! The Dr. I went to see was Dr. Bhuiyan. She is most unprofessional and dismissive doctor that I have ever come across! I visited this clinic as it was across the street from my apartment and i had been having some health issues lately. While i was explaining her about the chronic pain I was experiencing and telling her that my family has a history of the something serious related to the pain and i was doubting if it is the same problem starting for me(which needed a major surgery in my moms case and she had similar symptoms), She cut me off and said she doesn’t know anything about it or nor can do anything about it! She prescribed an over the counter pain medication that I was already taking!! and She refused to help me or provide with any other information which would help! (She plainly refused to address my health concerns saying she doesn’t know anything about it and on being asked if she knows someplace or refer to someone who would address the issues ‘SHE SAID WE DONT DO THAT FOR WALK INS!’)

Receptionist and Dr are both very unprofessional and dismissive. The dr couldn’t convert Celsius into Fahrenheit for me when I asked her to because my child supposedly had a fever and barely looked at my child to confirm it was an ear infection which I already knew it was. Prescribed me something that was insanely expensive and wouldn’t of worked anyway. Thanks for wasting my time. Will never be back ?

I had a severe back pain and I was seeing a doctor here number one she was rude and on top of that all she told me to do is take a paracetamol and stretch, which I have been doing for the past week, later on she went like I don’t know what to do then and just left me with that. I doubt any clinic or doctor is supposed to do that this was the worst experience and I would recommend no one to go here if they really need help. My back pain is still there and very severe, all thanks to the doctor who calls herself a doctor.
T	Taylor Griffin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are considering going to this clinic, please reconsider. Dr. Bhuiyan has been my doctor for almost 10 years. Below are just a few examples. -The staff will berate you for using a different pharmacy other than their own, insisting that you pay their dispensing fees and saying they can "deliver to your door". -One specific instance, I requested they fax it to the Shoppers Drug mart on Vermillion Road (ver batim!). Three days pass, and I go to shoppers to grab my pills, nothing. I call Panacea, the male staff member answers and says he didn't send it because "I didn't get a fax number from you". What if this was more than just anxiety medication? This could have been a critical situation. -My partner went to her twice in a 1-month's span, saying he is having a lot of stomach pain. She said it was muscle pain both times, and sent him home. We went to Victoria Hospital for a second opinion. Long-Story-Short, that attending doctor at VH was very frustrated with how Bhuiyan treated him. -my sister had to tell Bhuiyan that she wanted to kill herself before Bhuiyan approved her for a breast reduction (She was an HH-cup pre-surgery). -She withheld my refills from me because I haven't had a physical recently. If you're just seeing her because of some kind of infection, it should be fine. But if you're seeking a diagnosis, or to better your mental health, steer clear from Bhuiyan.

I take medicine for my mental health and pregnancy and I've been off them for a week and a half now because they decided to close with no warning. I have tried numerous times to contact them and actually got ahold of the pharmacy one day where she said she would call me back. After getting no call back I tried calling them again countless times with 0 response. Another incident they announced they were taking new patients so my brother went in and they told him they weren't then my sister in law went in the same day and they said they were?? I'm so over this office and will be looking for a new one for myself and husband and children.

I wouldn't give a star but had to just to do a review.The front staff/ receptionist is selective in who is helped and treated. I was ignored, while he greeted a lady and teen that came in after me. Takes them in the room even though they didn't have an appointment. To make matters worse he let the teen stay even though he kept checking her for a fever and said she had one.? The doctor was dismissive and uncaring and plain unprofessional. I was not helped at all. From the reviews this has been going on Long before covid. The owner can't say it's " A covid situation"as why they are treating people poorly.Cant argue with all the bad reviews.Clearly this is not a clinic to go to if you need medical help.Truth
