Guy tries to tell me that I didn't mention it was a barrel...um yes I did actually! I then ask how am I supposed to open this barrel to which he just shrugs and says I don't know. They did not try to help me whatsoever, unbelievable, thanks for nothing!

I called a few places but Palmer Recycling was the most professional and had a quick turnaround for removing my vehicle. They dealt directly with the towing company which was also reliable and honest. Everything was rather effortless. When I went to collect the funds for my van, the staff at Palmer was very polite and professional. I would not hesitate to contact them again for the removal of a vehicle or any other item they can recycle.
