★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walked In today for a last minute pedicure before picking up the kids from school. So very warm and inviting. Enjoyed the small Talk with Tina and the lovely hot stone and hot towel massage for my super tired nursing legs. What a treat to also have a fan to stick my feet under to dry my toes. These ladies were very engaging especially since I had the place to myself and so was the owner. This is the second time I have been here and I WILL be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Palm2Sole for years. The staff is always friendly and courteous. If you are expecting a high end spa treatment - this is not the place for you, however, for regular "maintenance" it's great. The prices are reasonable and they know and remember my preferences. The addition of a hot stone "massage" and sea salt scrub for pedicures is fantastic. Although the ownership has changed recently, several of the original staff remain the same.

The job was rushed
My toe design is not what I asked for
The shallac on my fingers started to chip off the next day after receiving my manicure.
I will not be returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love this place, but it has gone downhill quite a bit since it first opened. I have given them more than three strikes and won't be back. If you must go there bring some bandaids, and expect to walk out looking like your manicure is two weeks old. For the aggressive filing technique I would at least expect that they would not leave ragged edges, but somehow that always happens. They do not paint the entire nail, so your shellac manicure will not last two weeks unless you like to walk around with a good portion of your nail bed unpolished. The UV dryers are disgusting and you will be putting your hands in a few of them before they finally bring one that works. This time I made a special request hoping to redeem past experiences, but it wasn't honored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my niece and sister there for the works including eyebrow waxing and tint. Our gel nails have all started loosening after a week. Washing dishes with gloves. My eyebrows have already lost most of the tint. Very disappointing visit . I won’t be returning, not worth the $$.

-drilled my nails to remove acrylic instead of soaking in acetone, acetone would cost $15 more.
-took 2.5 hours to do
-made me bleed
-gave me attitude when I asked her to fix the shape
-blamed me for the thinness of my nails after drilling for an hour.
-tried to pop them off like press ons and ruined my nails.
-did not get a hand rub or lotion only cuticle oil and sent on my way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The finger with lighter color were re done by vogue nails cause palm nail broke off after 4 days of having them on poor lcn application on nails to thick .
