P	Peter Chartrand on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Showed up 15 minutes early, waited an hour, was told it would be another hour, had to leave for work. You're lucky if the doctors are willing to see you for more than 3 minutes. The staff doesn't follow up unless it's a booked appointment. If the doctor tells you they want to see you again, you have to book the appointment cause the staff won't. Should be called Mediocre Medical. I am looking for a new doctor.
A	Alex Scully on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experiences whenever I go here. Staff are knowledgable and caring. Dr. Waheed is an excellent family physician. Directs patients to other specialists when needed. She is very caring and does her best to follow up.
H	Helle Kimery on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I started out with a new Doctor there last year. I miss my old doctor a lot, since he knew me and my condition so well. It’s not the same level of care, and things get mixed up, forgotten, or worse Misunderstood ! It’s hopefully going to work better and better as we get to know each other ! Staff is always friendly . On a closing note . They charge you for changed appointments - or no shows. The college of physicians actually say doctors CAN NOT do that !! It’s important for people to know that - many doctors are not even aware! It’s easy to look it up under the AB rules for physicians . I once complained, to the college about this ( cancel my app should not be punished - I can’t call a 9 am, if the obstacle to get there doesn’t happen till 2 pm ) They also can not dismiss you, as a patient for same reasons mentioned above. A former doctor of mine changed his rules of many years at his clinic when I showed him in black and white, he was breaking patient/ doctor regulations .I have an illness that hits when it wants, it’s random and it does not follow rules ! I can’t cancel on Friday if I’m not sick till Monday ? it ticks me of to be threatened if I have to cancel due to my condition , that “ three late cancellations and you pay “ !! Nope ?
A	Alexa Roney on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely Disappointed. Saw Dr. Saif with concerns for adhd, as well as just general health and extreme lack of sleep. Was completely dismissed and told that those symptoms were things we would look into at a later date if even ever. I sought other care and turns out I have an extreme case of ADHD. So thanks a lot for not listening to your patient.
E	Ember Hess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wait times are completely unacceptable. I'm writing this while waiting in a room which I've been waiting in for the past 45 minutes. My appointment was scheduled for when I was brought into the room. Not only that but Dr. Saif as brushed off my concerns on multiple occasions and has been no help to me besides one or two referrals that took months to get.
R	Rebecca Elizabeth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My appointment was supposed to be 42minutes ago, I am still waiting. If this was a one off kind of deal, I wouldn’t care enough to write a review. However, this is every single time. Make sure you clear at least an extra hour of your schedule if you have an appointment here, put extra money in the meter. There is a MASSIVE need for some improvement here. This is so unprofessional.
M	Malena Duckworth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husbands and I both see doctor Waheed and she’s absolutely fantastic! Wait times are always a little high because of how many patients they have but that’s okay. I never feel rushed at my appointment and I always feel heard.

While wait times are a little longer, its understandable given the circumstances of the doctor shortage here in southern Alberta. Dr. Waheed is thorough, kind, and listens to my concerns. She always has a smile on her face and takes her time explaining everything. I never feel rushed out the door.
