Banking at the Lethbridge branch of the Canadian Western Bank is a pleasantly different experience. It's the personal working relationships we have with the staff that enable us to view the bank as a real partner in our business. The staff at this branch are outstanding. They all know us by name and treat us like family. The personal service we receive has far exceeded my expectations. They all go well out of their way to provide exceptional service. My fees are a fraction higher than what we were paying at our previous bank, but the value I get from banking here more than makes up for it. If you're looking for a bank that will really partner with you in business, I would highly recommend this branch.
